In this project, I have : - Developed a full-stack web application for a car rental company using Spring Boot and Angular. - Implemented CRUD functionality for managing a database of available cars and rental reservations. - Created a RESTful API with Spring Boot to communicate with the database and expose endpoints for the front-end. - Used Spring Security for authentication and authorization for customers and employees. - Built a single-page application with Angular that consumes the API and allows customers to browse and reserve cars. - Used Angular's HTTP client to send requests to the back-end and handle responses. - Designed a user-friendly interface with Angular Material for both customers and employees. - Deployed the application using Docker containers on a cloud platform.
In this project, I developed a tool to scrape data from a website and automate the process using Python. The tool targets a given website, extracts the data, and stores the data in a spreadsheet. To scrape the data, I used the Beautiful Soup library to parse the HTML of the website and extract the relevant information. I also used the Selenium library to interact with the website and navigate to different pages as needed. To automate the process, I set up a schedule using the schedule library to run the script at regular intervals. This ensures that the data is kept up to date. I developed this tool to demonstrate my understanding of web scraping and automation using Python. It showcases my ability to extract data from websites, parse HTML, and use libraries such as Beautiful Soup and Selenium. It also showcases my ability to automate processes using Python.
