Award-winning WhatsApp chatbot for Seville subway

I built a WhatsApp Chatbot for Seville’s subway system to improve user engagement. The public organization needed a familiar platform to replace their rarely used train time-checking app. My chatbot replicated the app’s core functions: checking estimated train arrival times and finding the best route between stations. A basic version was completed in under a week, and after a few refinements, it quickly attracted hundreds of users and won a Global Light Rail Award for innovation, proving that simplicity wins. This project showed that simple solutions can greatly improve public services.
