Perry-luke W. - Fullstack Developer, CSS, tailwindcss

My journey at Softaims has been defined by curiosity, growth, and collaboration. I’ve always believed that good software is not just built—it’s carefully shaped through understanding, exploration, and iteration. Every project I’ve worked on has taught me something new about how to balance simplicity with depth, and efficiency with creativity. At its core, my work revolves around helping businesses and people achieve more through thoughtful technology. I’ve learned that the most successful projects come from teams that communicate openly and stay adaptable. At Softaims, I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside professionals who challenge assumptions, share knowledge generously, and inspire continuous improvement. I take pride in focusing on the fundamentals—clarity in logic, consistency in design, and empathy in execution. Software is more than a set of features; it’s a reflection of how we think about problems and how we choose to solve them. By maintaining this perspective, I aim to build solutions that are not only effective today but also flexible enough to support the challenges of tomorrow. The culture at Softaims promotes learning as an ongoing process. Every new project feels like a step forward, both personally and professionally. I see each challenge as a chance to refine my skills and contribute to the shared vision of building technology that genuinely improves lives.

I created a custom-built website for Pokemon FA, designed to engage fans and promote their growing football community. The site features a unique, vibrant UI that reflects the brand’s playful energy, alongside a powerful WordPress backend using Advanced Custom Fields for easy content management. It allows the team to showcase players, update match results, and manage content with ease—perfectly balancing style and functionality. Explore the site: https://pokemonesfa.com/

I designed and developed a fully customisable e-commerce website for GearMechHanger, featuring a bespoke UI and a user-friendly backend built with WordPress and Advanced Custom Fields. The goal was to create a streamlined shopping experience for customers while giving the team complete control over content and inventory. NFL Challenge

NFL Challenge Process: Creating a Fantasy game for the NFL called "NFL Challenge. The idea of the game is to allow you as a user to setup your own team and compete in the leagues with friends online. The game is to allow you to set teams and players in the game but only use the maximum of 5 times to make the game fair in competing. I came up with a concept that works for both mweb (mobile) and desktop that easily allows you to select the teams/players, search with ease, see your points, position and stats and be updated on player injuries frequently.

Dream Team

Client: Dream Team Process: Create the UI design for the "Dream Team" (The Sun newspaper) game was designed to allow users to setup their own fantasy teams to compete in current or their own leagues with friends within a virtual budget. Players are updated live in the game on injuries, stats, yellow cards and more.
