DTP Sites is my in-house blogging engine built on DTP Base, my web application development framework. It provides a comprehensive online publishing tool suite, live chat, live news integration via RSS, and the integration of one or more OurVoice.stream channels to help creators build resilient solutions to today's challenging problems. It was created to help people who are commonly censored and canceled have a permanent home and permanent connection to their audience.
OurVoice is a niche online streaming platform supporting the needs of people who find it difficult to discuss their topics on major platforms due to censorship and cancel culture. It has the lowest latency and highest quality possible, exceeding that of YouTube, Twitch, Odysee, and others. It uses RTMP/RTSP over TCP to deliver an FLV transport stream to the browser. A worker in the browser re-packages that stream as MP4 for presentation to a video element in real time. The project is not based on an open source project or a fork of one. It is written from scratch. I am the sole developer.
The client wanted an API server to power their online sports trading simulation: theSCOREX. The application has support for multiple leagues, leaderboards, advanced trading logic including long and short positions, real-time chat, and more. I built the front-end application servers using Node.js, MongoDB, Redis, and my HYDRA application framework. This includes all game play logic and an administration panel allowing the client to manage their growing online gaming community and enforce their rules. Launched the game on-time, and development is ongoing. Players and sports gaming media have responded favorably. The system is performant, scalable, and able to respond to player feedback for new feature requests, enhancements and suggestions.
