Maildroppa is an easy and enjoyable email marketing tool focused on efficient marketing. The challenge was to create scalable but still flexible architecture that would give great performance and constant growth of a product in the long run. As part of the team, I was not only able to successfully execute the task but also advise and further implement product and UX improvements that boost customer experience. In order to successfully reach product goals, I created a stable React application with smooth UI and UX applying the latest technology. A lot of non-trivial work was carried out by building multistep wizards, custom data tables for large sets of data, and analytics charts. An integrated module of Stripe payments allows for flexibility to configure complex subscriptions covering all the use cases for the product to successfully earn profit. Lastly, Maildroppa was successfully launched within agreed timelines, already got traction, and continues to grow to rely on a solid technological foundation collaboratively built together with a multinational engineering team.
Velvet Ropes wanted to re-platform their old website with the modern technology stack using React and Next.js with a focus on SEO, speed, and high availability. I helped the client in creating a well-structured, SEO optimized, and fast loaded website. The key features were the Stripe payment gateway and google map integration aimed to encourage users to discover celebrities and buy map products. As a result, all the analytics was upwards trending to how the site was before - retention, bounce rate improvement, steady audience increase of 15%.
