I hold a degree in Bachelor of Arts (BA). Some of the notable projects I’ve worked on include: Qadence by TQG, Lokad Discuss \\\ Revamp!, Low-Code Editor for Conversational AI, Design overhaul for Pixl.so, CamRe: Mobile App for Camera Rentals, etc.. I am a business-driven professional; my technical decisions are consistently guided by the principle of maximizing business value and achieving measurable ROI for the client. I view technical expertise as a tool for creating competitive advantages and solving commercial problems, not just as a technical exercise.
I actively participate in defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring that the features I build directly contribute to improving those metrics. My commitment to Softaims is to deliver solutions that are not only technically excellent but also strategically impactful.
I maintain a strong focus on the end-goal: delivering a product that solves a genuine market need. I am committed to a development cycle that is fast, focused, and aligned with the ultimate success of the client's business.

Qadence is a client-centric tool for Aboud's clients to access their information for his biz consulting operation. As such, one of the highest priorities was to establish a brand/identity that would instill confidence and clarity to his clients. The project had several design cycles, and once that was done I executed on the front-end development to bring it to fruition. On this project, I owned both design & engineering responsbilities.
Lokad Discuss (https://lokad.com) is part of Lokad's application suite of tools that's used to coordinate work among team members that have a "seat" in the organization. The best way to understand it is that it's an industry-specifc project management tool, e.g., Jira. On this project, the scope of my work was to completely revamp their old user interface, and implement a Tailwind-esque aesthetic. Lots of UX refactoring was involved too. You might be surprised... but the world of automated telephony agents is still alive and kicking! With AI becoming mainstream, tools to help build automated telephone agents is experiencing a revolution. On this project, I was the lead designer with an established conversational AI/CSP company to help design a complete concept webapp. Part of the interactive prototype is here: https://www.figma.com/proto/2QmrfmQbbm85ww3OKeOGSk/Jambonz-LCE?page-id=0%3A1&node-id=200-20238&starting-point-node-id=200%3A20238&scaling=scale-down-width&content-scaling=fixed
🎨 📐 UI/UX and Product Design CamRe is just a fictional mobile app for renting high-end cameras. The costs of these cameras can cost as much as a down payment for a home loan so most brick and mortar photography stores do offer camera rentals, however... this business model hasn't really been executed via a mobile app; at least to my knowledge. This short case study just contains essentials for a loose product design exercise: the branding elements, and key experience screens.
I'm working on a design system for my UI/UX studio to use on client work. The aesthetic looks very simliar to Google Material, but has more personality and incorporates a sense of playfulness.
