That was the idea when we set out to create this AI-powered, voice-enabled sales tool. Designed to seamlessly integrate into any tech ecosystem and automate lead generation processes with unparalleled efficiency, Aphrodite is the fruit of extensive research, innovative thinking, and technical prowess. Developing Aphrodite required a deep dive into cutting-edge AI technology. We focused on creating a system that understands and remembers customer interactions in order to personalize communication, so that we could ensure every prospect receives a tailored and unique experience. Aphrodite had to be infused with the ability to think, react, and take action like a human while maintaining the scalability and reliability of AI. Key stages of my work included: System Integration: Crafting Aphrodite demanded a nuanced understanding of how Synth's different tech systems operate and communicate. Ensuring her smooth integration meant delving into various APIs and services so that she would be compatible with existing CRMs and workflows. Natural Language Processing (NLP): At Aphrodite’s core is not just her ability to converse naturally, but her ability to do so in Synth's favor and tone. This involved training the model with vast Synth oriented and lead-gen focused datasets and transcripts to refine her conversational abilities. We also incorporated a feedback loop for continuous improvement. Automated Workflow Design: Automating lead generation and follow-up processes required a detailed mapping of business communication flows. Aphrodite executes tasks autonomously, including initiating calls, sending personalized emails, scheduling appointments, and updating our team. Mutual Value Mechanism: Adding the ability to craft custom system prompts was a significant milestone of the Aphrodite project. It enabled us to create an AI system that provides value to both the client and our business with every interaction. Feedback and Support System: Embedding a continuous learning and support framework allows Aphrodite to adapt and evolve based on user interactions and feedback. With Aphrodite, we have pushed the boundaries of what AI can achieve in sales and customer engagement - and we're so excited to offer it to everybody else. Overall, this project was an amazing way to capitalize on my passion for creating solutions that are just as intuitive, user-friendly, and impactful as they are technologically advanced. AI-Enabling 30 Businesses with 60 Chatbots in 90 Minutes

"30 Businesses, 60 Chatbots, 90 Minutes." That's what I was tasked with at Cintrifuse's 2023 edition of NITRO! Bootcamp, where we hoped to empower minority and women-owned small businesses with technology-driven tools to help them achieve high-growth. As a Bootcamp Leader, my primary role was to help these businesses understand and leverage the potential of generative AI. We faced the significant challenge of equipping over thirty businesses with around sixty chatbots in just ninety minutes - and we crushed it! Every single business left the building that evening with functioning and "immediately beneficial" chatbots. Many of the participants had already scheduled follow-ups with me so that we could further refine their AI solutions. A memorable moment was the in-person demonstration with the owner of a content generation business. I had the opportunity to use generative AI to enhance her business website's copy with SEO-tailored keywords, showcasing the process's efficiency and effectiveness. This task, which took only a few minutes, was an eye-opener for many attendees. Some other highlights were building a customer support chatbot for a real estate company, developing interactive knowledge assistants for a legal firm and a VC firm, and designing a lead generating agent for a health-tech startup. Working in tandem with the businesses, I developed an "AI Developers Kit" tailored to their specific needs. This kit was a comprehensive package of guides, tips, and resources, ensuring that each business could maximize the benefits of generative AI. It included a sitemap, a custom “Growth Assistant” Script, and a “Customer Service Agent" Script, all tailored to each business's unique specifications. Additionally, I created “Prompting Tips for Growth” based on NITRO!’s comprehensive business growth framework. Looking forward, I am excited to reconvene with these business owners in 2024 to discuss how their new generative AI tools have enabled their businesses to achieve significant growth. NITRO! Bootcamp was not just about teaching technology; it was about fostering a community of growth and innovation. I am immensely proud to have been a part of it.
