The city's transit hub, the Alvarado Transportation Center at First Street and Central Avenue, connects the Rail Runner commuter line, Amtrak, Greyhound and ABQ RIDE bus routes, on the same numbered-street grid you would use to reach our door.
Our Albuquerque office is on Fourth Street NW at Roma Avenue, one corner south of where downtown's courthouse district now stands at Fourth and Lomas, the site of the city's old Metropolitan Courthouse before it moved. Fourth Street carried the main north-south traffic through downtown for decades before Second Street took over that role and the city closed part of Fourth into what became Civic Plaza. The building is shared by legal, financial and small business tenants rather than run as a single corporate campus, inside the oldest platted blocks of the downtown grid, bounded by Marble Avenue to the north and Coal Avenue to the south. The mobile team works out of that building, not a satellite desk, so the people reviewing your build are the people you would meet at the door.
