We facilitate connections between clients and developers based on project requirements and developer qualifications. However, we do not guarantee successful matches or project outcomes. All hiring decisions and project terms are between clients and developers.

6. Payment Terms

Certain Services may require payment of fees. All fees are stated in the currency specified and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice.

6.2 Payment Processing

We do not guarantee successful matches, project outcomes, or specific results. We are not responsible for the quality of work performed by developers or the satisfaction of clients with completed projects.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softaims shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our Services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Softaims, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.
