Clark County places this block inside Paradise, the unincorporated community that also holds the Strip, though the tenants sharing this building are medical practices, consultants and small businesses rather than resorts. Your point of contact sits in Suite 314, handling calls, sprint reviews and release approvals for clients across the valley. Maryland Parkway outside the building has spent the past few years under construction as Clark County and the regional transit authority rebuild the corridor for a new rapid bus line, so expect an active street rather than a quiet one.
