The office sits at South 1st Street and Pittsburgh Avenue, on the block where Walker's Point meets the Milwaukee River. National Avenue, the neighborhood's main commercial street, runs south of the office. The Hop streetcar does not reach Walker's Point, so if you are coming from downtown or the Third Ward, you will cross the river on the Water Street Bridge and continue in on foot or by car.

National Avenue, Walker's Point's main commercial strip, runs through the district to the south. The Milwaukee River marks the district's edge just to the north, with the Historic Third Ward sitting on the opposite bank.
