You will find the Softaims office at 1123 Locust Street, on the downtown block that runs up to Tucker Boulevard, the street St Louis renamed for former mayor Raymond Tucker after decades of everyone calling it 12th. Tucker still marks the line between Downtown and Downtown West, and Locust itself forms the southern edge of the old Loft District, where garment and dry goods warehouses from the early 1900s were rebuilt into office and residential floors. A near identical conversion happened one block east, where a Rice Stix Dry Goods annex became office space in 1959. Work with the St Louis team and you are one block from that same conversion, talking with the engineers who write and ship your app from a desk on Locust itself, not a satellite office relaying updates from somewhere else.
