n8n Voice AI Agent (Telegram)
I wanted a voice-driven AI assistant that I could build up over time to become a truly powerful personal assistant in my life and business. This initial build involved troubleshooting TTS (Text To Speech) and Transcription workflows. I ended up creating a Python Flask server to pre-process the text before sending to the Cartesia API for more natural conversation flow. I used OpenAI whisper for voice transcription to text. Some of the challenges involved cleaning up and formatting text for TTS. Emojis and special characters needed to be parsed out, but spaces and punctuation needed to stay.
n8n Multi-tenant RAG chatbot
I created a multi-tenant RAG chatbot. Multi-tenancy was desireable for a public chatbot demo so that different people using the chatbot at any given time would not have data collisions with their knowledgebase data. My solution was to generate a unique session-based string that is then used as the namespace for the Pinecone vector store. Subsequent chat requests to the system reference the namespace generated on file ingestion such that different user sessions keep their data isolated and can have distinct knowledgebases for their chatbots on the same vector store.
n8n Invoice Collector
I wanted a way to automatically collect Invoices received via Gmail and store them in a google drive location.
n8n Summarize GIT History for Client Email
I wanted a way to automatically summarize updates I made on a client website to: a) send email to client keeping them in the loop. b) send in the body of an invoice so they know what I am charging them for. Since I already use github for tracking code changes, and I already save commit messages with the code pushes, this automation puts all the pieces together in a very useful flow. The client loves it!
n8n Blog idea generator.
This was part of a project for the https://amplifiedexpansion website. In addition to embedding the client Jena's substack blog, I created a weekly "idea generator" email to Jena from my n8n instance which scrapes her current blog entries and uses a custom prompt and the OpenAI API to generate 10 more in the same tone and style as her current block.
