I created persuasive homepage and category content to highlight clinically tested serums and their cruelty-free promise, while on the technical side I integrated personalization tools, subscription systems, and marketing platforms to boost customer engagement and retention.

Evenflo

With the Evenflo project, my role was to refine product category content and enhance the overall site experience. I emphasized their century-long heritage and safety first design through improved layouts, while on the development side. I optimized performance, integrated marketing automation, and improved checkout flows for smoother customer journeys.
