I rebuilt the platform from scratch in Next.js 14 with custom, stable architecture eliminating fragile dependencies. Implemented RAG pipelines using LlamaIndex, Jina embeddings, and vector databases for accurate AI responses. Integrated n8n flows to connect client systems (like Jira) into CSGPT for ticket handling. Achieved 70%+ detection accuracy and delivered a scalable, future-proof AI platform for building custom agents without technical hurdles.

NextEra Energy (No.1 in the World) - Full Stack

NextEra Energy’s internal apps were facing serious performance issues, with APIs taking up to 5 minutes to respond slowing workflows and frustrating users. I optimized the backend with Node.js and AWS AppSync, restructured database queries, and added Redis caching. On the frontend, I improved responsiveness with React.js, and used AWS Lambda for serverless tasks. As a result, API response time dropped to 1.5 minutes, dramatically improving efficiency and user experience while making the system scalable for future growth.

MyAutoShop - Full Stack

Managing hundreds of service requests, payments, and customer bookings across multiple locations can quickly become a logistical nightmare for an auto service company. As the company grew, so did the challenges: they needed license plate recognition for instant vehicle identification, payment gateway integrations, and a booking system that could sync perfectly. Built a robust admin panel to manage service requests, track revenue in real time, and access instant vehicle data via license plate recognition. Enabled seamless bookings, rescheduling, and secure payments in one interface.

Today's Business Solutions (TBS) - Saas - Full Stack

Today’s Business Solutions (TBS) needed a secure SaaS platform for institutional printing services, but their system lacked modern authentication, scalability, and enterprise-level security. I built a full-stack solution with Next.js and Node.js, deployed on AWS, and implemented OpenID Connect and SAML 2.0 for enterprise-grade authentication and compliance. The result was a secure, scalable SaaS platform that met ISO 27001 standards, improved client trust, and delivered a faster, more reliable user experience.

ioAudio – Voiceover & Audio Production Platform - Full Stack

ioAudio needed a faster, smoother system to handle text-to-speech processing and demo production requests without delays or performance issues. Implemented Redux for efficient state management, optimizing the interface for quick navigation and delivering a smoother, more responsive user experience. On the backend, I developed advanced AWS-powered APIs for text-to-speech conversion, enabling accurate, natural-sounding audio. Crucially, I reduced system response time, allowing customers to receive audio previews and completed demos significantly faster enhancing satisfaction and retention.
