Park Scanner
My client has WordPress based web site. He wanted to optimize page load time for mobile devices. Page load time on mobile was 20 sec. Google Page Speed score for mobile and Desktop was 80. I fond some problems on theme backend and some on frontend. This is list of works for this project. 1) Loaded fonts locally instead google fonts 2) Optimized images 3) Created critical rendering path for faster page load and better UX 4) Configured caching plugin for better performance. After my fixes, mobile version loads less than 3 seconds and has great UX. Google page speed score now 99 for mobile and 92 for desktop.
Nordic Design
My client had bad optimized WordPress web site with slow page load time. Also he had overloaded CPU and RAM so 503 errors often appeared. He wanted to fix this problems. I made full analysis of this web site. 1) Checked DB structure 2) Scaned DB for slow Queries 3) Checked all plugins 4) Checked theme for slow scripts After that I found 1 slow plugins which slowed up site on 0.6 seconds and 2 slow widgets in theme which lows up site on 0.5 seconds. High usage of server resources was caused by caching plugin. So we fixed errors and disable caching plugin. After my fixes, server has normal resources usage, no 503 errors and load time less than 1.5 seconds.
