Project Description: Mobile application which can be used by football courts owners to track and manage the reservations on their football courts. Also , can be used by normal users to reserve slots in nearby football courts by searching for them using their location. Project functionalities and User roles: User roles in the project : admin , court owner , and customer. Admin user functionalities: 1. Have access to admin dashboard. 2. Add , remove , and edit football courts. 3. Create accounts for court owners and attach them to their football courts. 3. Add , remove posts and products. Court owner: 1. View all his courts and its information 2. View reservations on his courts for next week. 3. Cancel any reservations on his courts. 4. Add any reservations on his courts. 5. Receive notifications for reservations and cancel reservation on his courts. Customer: 1. Browse courts and filter them by location and type. 2. Reserve empty slots in desired football court. 3. Cancel his reservations. 4. Add posts and comments to community. 5. Add items to sell in the market. Project Stack: Developed using React Native for the mobile application , django and django-rest-framework for creating the backend and RESTful API , PostgreSQL as the database. backend deployed on AWS Elastic Beanstalk. and push notification handled using Firebase Cloud Messaging. My Role in the project: 1. Gathering requirements from the customer 2. Leading the development team. 3. API development. 4. Creating AWS Cloudformation templates for cloud infrastructure. 5. Adding GitHub workflows for CI/CD. 6. Supporting the frontend developers on API integration. 7. Documenting the API using Postman. 8. Deployment on App store and Google play store.
