Product & Marketing Designer

Location: Metro Manila, PH **Must be available to come to office occasionally to collaborate with team**

We are Orbit Farm Technologies, an innovative agtech company dedicated to agricultural biosecurity. Our flagship service, "Eyes on Glass," monitors biosecurity critical control points on farms to ensure that a farmer's standard operating procedures (SOPs) are strictly followed. Our mission is to protect farm operations and improve compliance through proactive, tech-enabled monitoring.

We are looking for a highly independent and proactive Growth Designer for a long-term partnership. You will be our "design unicorn"—bridging the gap between our software products and our marketing efforts.

The Team Dynamic: You will report directly to our Head of Marketing, who serves in a strategic, part-time capacity (roughly 5 hours a week). They are here to provide high-level strategy, direction, and feedback. You will be the engine driving the daily execution. This is not a role for someone who just wants to check off a task list; we want a strategic thinker who brings fresh ideas, provides feedback, and actively helps us grow the business.

What You Will Do:

Own the Execution: Manage your own projects and timelines, taking high-level marketing strategy and turning it into finished designs without needing daily supervision.

Product (Figma): Design intuitive, clean UI/UX features for our "Eyes on Glass" monitoring dashboards and SaaS applications. You will prepare highly organized files for our developers to build from.

Web (Framer): Design, update, and maintain our marketing website. You must be comfortable actively building, animating, and publishing in Framer, not just designing mockups.

Marketing (Canva / Adobe / Figma): Create beautiful, professional sales collateral, product one-pagers, case studies, and slide decks (PowerPoint/Keynote) that our sales team will use to educate farm operators about biosecurity compliance.

Have a strong portfolio showing both SaaS UI/UX design (specifically B2B or data/video dashboards) and modern web design.

Are highly proficient in Figma (auto-layout, components, design systems).

Have hands-on experience building and publishing sites in Framer (please provide live links).

Communicate clearly, proactively ask questions when blocked, and manage your own time effectively in a remote environment.
