GoHighLevel to Salesforce API Integration Expert Needed (OAuth 2.0)

Salesforce CRMHighLevelAPI IntegrationOAuth+1

# GoHighLevel to Salesforce REST API Integration | OAuth 2.0 Client Credentials We are looking for an experienced **GoHighLevel (HighLevel) and Salesforce API integration specialist** to build a lead delivery integration between our GoHighLevel system and a client's Salesforce CRM. This is a specific integration project with the potential for ongoing GoHighLevel and automation work if the project goes well. ## Project Overview We use **GoHighLevel as our primary platform** for lead capture, workflows, and lead delivery. Our standard lead delivery process is typically: **GoHighLevel → HTTP POST Webhook → Client CRM** For some clients, we also use: **GoHighLevel → Zapier → HTTP POST Webhook → Client CRM** For this particular client, their Salesforce architecture does not provide a traditional public-facing webhook endpoint. Instead, their IT team requires us to authenticate through a **Salesforce Connected App using OAuth 2.0 Client Credentials** and then create Lead records directly through the **Salesforce REST API**. The client's Salesforce team has already provided the integration specifications. ## Required Integration Flow The required flow is essentially: **GoHighLevel → OAuth 2.0 Authentication → Salesforce REST API → Create Lead** The authentication requirements provided by the client are: * OAuth 2.0 Client Credentials flow * Grant type: `client_credentials` * Salesforce OAuth token endpoint * `client_id` * `client_secret` Once authenticated, leads must be submitted using: * Method: `POST` * Salesforce REST API * API version: `v59.0` * Object: `Lead` * Content-Type: `application/json` The client's actual Salesforce domain and credentials will be provided privately to the selected freelancer. ## What We Need You to Build We need someone to: * Review the Salesforce integration specifications provided by the client's IT team * Determine the best implementation architecture within our existing GoHighLevel environment * Configure OAuth 2.0 Client Credentials authentication * Obtain and manage Salesforce access tokens * Send lead data originating in GoHighLevel to the Salesforce REST API * Create Lead records directly in Salesforce * Map our GoHighLevel fields to the client's Salesforce Lead API fields * Include required static values and vendor/source attribution * Configure the appropriate authorization headers and JSON payload * Properly handle successful and failed API responses * Implement appropriate error handling/retries * Test the complete integration with the client's Salesforce/IT team * Document the final integration and configuration ## Existing Tech Stack Our current environment includes: * GoHighLevel * GoHighLevel Workflows * Zapier * HTTP Webhooks * REST APIs * JSON We currently use Zapier when needed as an integration layer between GoHighLevel and client systems. We are open to using Zapier for this integration if appropriate, but we want the freelancer to recommend the cleanest and most reliable approach. If this can be accomplished directly within GoHighLevel, we are open to that as well. We prefer a **no-code or low-code solution that is easy to maintain** rather than introducing unnecessary custom infrastructure. ## Typical Lead Data Lead data originating in GoHighLevel may include: * First Name * Last Name * Phone Number * Email * Description * Form/survey responses * Marketing source * Campaign information * Unique Lead ID * Submission date/time * Additional custom fields required by the client's Salesforce configuration The client's Salesforce team will provide the final Lead field API names and required static values. ## Required Experience **Strong GoHighLevel experience is important for this project.** You should have hands-on experience with: * GoHighLevel / HighLevel * GoHighLevel Workflows * GoHighLevel Webhooks * GoHighLevel API * Salesforce REST API * Salesforce Connected Apps * OAuth 2.0 Client Credentials * REST API integrations * HTTP POST requests * JSON * API authentication * Field mapping * API error handling and troubleshooting Experience with Zapier Webhooks, Make, n8n, Pipedream, or similar integration platforms is also valuable. We strongly prefer someone who has previously built integrations where data originating in GoHighLevel is sent directly into Salesforce or another enterprise CRM through an authenticated API. ## Project Deliverables The project will be considered complete when: 1. A lead submitted through our GoHighLevel workflow is successfully created as a Lead in the client's Salesforce organization. 2. OAuth 2.0 Client Credentials authentication operates automatically without manual intervention. 3. Salesforce access tokens are properly obtained and used for Lead submission. 4. All required Lead fields and static values are mapped correctly. 5. Successful and failed API requests are handled appropriately. 6. The integration has been successfully tested and validated with the client's Salesforce/IT team. 7. The completed integration is documented so our team understands the workflow and can troubleshoot it in the future. ## Potential Ongoing Work GoHighLevel is the primary platform we use to operate our internal systems and client automations. We regularly work with: * GHL workflows and automations * CRM integrations * Webhooks and APIs * Zapier * Lead routing * Form and survey workflows * Reporting * SMS/email automations * Internal operational automations * AI-powered workflows If this project goes well, we are interested in establishing an ongoing relationship with someone who can help us manage and improve our GoHighLevel systems, integrations, and automations. ## To Apply **Please begin the first line of your proposal with the word "GHLFlow" so I know you've read the full job description.** Please answer the following questions in your proposal: 1. How many years have you worked extensively with GoHighLevel? 2. Have you previously built a GoHighLevel → Salesforce integration? If yes, briefly describe the architecture. 3. Have you implemented Salesforce OAuth 2.0 Client Credentials authentication before? 4. Have you created Lead records directly through the Salesforce REST API? 5. Based on the requirements above, how would you approach this integration? 6. Would you implement this directly from GoHighLevel, use Zapier, or recommend another integration layer? Why? 7. Approximately how many hours would you estimate for implementation and testing? 8. How soon can you begin? 9. Are you interested in ongoing GoHighLevel and automation work after this project? Please include examples of relevant GoHighLevel, Salesforce, API, or CRM integrations you've previously built. We are specifically looking for someone with **real-world GoHighLevel and API integration experience** who can take ownership of the project, work directly from the client's technical specifications, and troubleshoot the integration through successful completion.

Junior Technical Product Manager / Product Operations — AI & No-Code MVPs

Product ManagementImplementation PlanProduct RoadmapAgile Project Management

Freelance | Remote | $8–$10/hour | 10–15 hours/week to start About the role I'm a startup operator building and testing a small portfolio of early-stage consumer technology products across housing, financial wellness, and consumer discovery. I'm looking for a highly resourceful Technical Product Manager / Product Operations Manager who can help me take products from idea → MVP → user feedback → iteration. This is not a virtual assistant role and not primarily an administrative project-management role. I need someone who thinks like a product owner. I will set the overall vision, business hypothesis, positioning, and strategic direction. Your job is to help turn that direction into working products and continuously improve them based on what we learn. You should be comfortable receiving something like: "We're testing whether renters will give us detailed preferences in exchange for highly personalized apartment recommendations." …and independently turning that into requirements, user flows, build tasks, QA, analytics, experiments, and recommended iterations. What You'll Own You'll work directly with me across several early-stage MVPs and help: Turn product ideas and hypotheses into clear MVP requirements Create user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and prioritized backlogs Build and modify MVPs using AI/no-code tools where possible Work with tools such as Lovable, Supabase, Vercel, APIs, analytics platforms, and AI development tools Coordinate developers, designers, freelancers, and a VA when needed QA new features across desktop and mobile Identify bugs and manage them through resolution Set up basic product analytics and track user behavior Review signup, conversion, engagement, and qualitative user feedback Turn findings into recommendations for what we should change or test next Run small product experiments rather than endlessly adding features Maintain product documentation and keep our execution organized Research technical solutions and integrations when we encounter problems Push projects forward without needing constant step-by-step instructions The goal is not simply to build what I request. The goal is to understand what we're trying to learn, help us build the fastest way to test it, evaluate what happened, and determine what we should do next. Example of How We Work We might launch an MVP with a simple onboarding flow. After launch, you could: Verify analytics are tracking correctly. Review where users drop off. Collect feedback from early users. Identify the biggest friction point. Recommend an improvement. Update the requirements. Implement it yourself using our tools or coordinate whoever needs to implement it. QA the release. Measure whether the change improved the metric. You should enjoy this kind of iterative environment. Technical Skills You do not need to be a senior software engineer. However, you should be technically comfortable enough to understand how modern web products work and troubleshoot problems. Experience with some of the following is highly preferred: Lovable or similar AI app builders Supabase Vercel GitHub SQL/databases APIs and webhooks Authentication Basic frontend concepts Product analytics GA4, PostHog, Mixpanel or similar Figma Linear, Notion, Jira or similar ChatGPT / Claude / AI coding tools Zapier, Make or similar automation tools If you don't know a tool, I expect you to be comfortable researching it and figuring it out. Who I'm Looking For You may be a great fit if you: Have 1–3+ years of product, startup, technical project management, product operations, development, or related experience Think in terms of users, hypotheses, metrics, and experiments Are extremely resourceful Can take an ambiguous idea and create structure around it Don't need a founder to assign every individual task Can distinguish between an important MVP feature and something we should ignore for now Are comfortable working across multiple early-stage products Communicate clearly and document your work Can coordinate other freelancers without becoming dependent on them Are curious about AI and modern product-development tools Care about shipping quickly without shipping sloppy work You do NOT need a prestigious background. I'm much more interested in someone who has built things, experimented, solved problems, and can show me how they think. What This Role Is NOT This is not a role where I want someone who: Only schedules meetings and updates task boards Needs detailed instructions for every task Simply copies requirements into tickets Adds features without understanding why we're building them Says "that's not my job" whenever something crosses product, operations, or technical boundaries Early-stage startups are messy. I need someone who enjoys figuring things out. Compensation & Growth Starting rate: $8–$10 USD/hour Approximately 10–15 hours/week initially. We'll start with a paid trial project. If the relationship works well, I'd like this person to become my long-term product execution partner across the portfolio, with increased hours and compensation as products gain traction. This is currently a freelance role. No equity is being offered at this stage. How to Apply Please start your application with the words "BUILD → TEST → LEARN" so I know you read the full description. Then answer these questions: 1. Tell me about one MVP or product you personally helped take from idea to launch. What exactly did YOU own? 2. After launching a product, how would you decide what to build next? Give me a real example if possible. 3. Imagine we launch a landing page and 1,000 people visit it. 120 begin onboarding, 35 finish, and 8 use the core product twice. What would you investigate first and why? 4. What can you personally build or modify without needing a software engineer? Please be specific about the tools you've used. 5. Have you used Lovable, Supabase, Vercel, Replit, Bolt, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar AI development tools? Tell me what you've actually built with them. 6. You have three MVPs, limited development resources, and a long list of requested features. How would you determine what gets worked on this week? Please include links to 1–3 products, prototypes, GitHub repositories, case studies, or projects you've actually worked on if available. I'm specifically looking for evidence of how you think and execute, not a generic cover letter.

Marina Website Refresh, SEO, Analytics & Accessibility

Google AnalyticsWebsite AudituxuiTag Manager Setup+2

We are looking for an experienced WordPress / Elementor developer to improve, repair and expand the website for Chester Boat Basin, a full-service marina located in Chester, Connecticut. Website: chesterboatbasin.com This is not a complete website rebuild. The site already exists in WordPress and uses Elementor/Elementor Pro. We need someone who can work within the existing environment, improve the design and functionality, clean up existing issues, properly configure SEO and analytics, and build additional pages as needed. The goal is to create a cleaner, faster, more modern marina website that is easy for our Marketing team to continue editing internally. Current Website Environment The site currently uses: WordPress Elementor Elementor Pro Essential Addons for Elementor Yoast SEO Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) Custom Post Type UI Wordfence WP Cerber MonsterInsights All-in-One WP Migration WP Engine integration/hosting environment Candidates should be very comfortable troubleshooting an existing WordPress/Elementor installation rather than simply installing a new theme. Scope of Work 1. Website Audit & Existing Issues Before making major changes, we want the developer to review the current WordPress installation and identify: Broken Elementor sections/widgets Broken images or mixed HTTP/HTTPS image URLs Mobile and tablet responsiveness issues Plugin conflicts Outdated or unnecessary plugins Broken links and 404s Page-speed issues Header/footer inconsistencies Navigation issues CSS/layout problems Any obvious security or WordPress configuration concerns All major work should be completed in staging first, with a full backup created before deployment to production. 2. Homepage Redesign We want the Chester Boat Basin homepage redesigned while keeping the overall Chester/Petzold's branding. One of the major elements should be a three-image hero slider at the top of the homepage. We want the homepage to feel more like a modern marina website and clearly promote: Summer Slips Winter Boat Storage Boat Service Fuel Marina Amenities Chester / Connecticut River location Calls to action for contacting the marina The developer should improve visual hierarchy, spacing, typography, buttons, image treatment and mobile presentation rather than simply rearranging the existing content. 3. Sticky Phone / Tap-to-Call We want a persistent click-to-call element that follows the visitor as they scroll. Ideally: Desktop: tasteful floating/sticky phone button Mobile: highly visible tap-to-call option Does not interfere with navigation, forms or accessibility controls Styled consistently with the site Tracks phone-click conversions through Google Tag Manager / GA4 4. New Pages & Page Styling Our Marketing Director will provide content for additional marina/service pages. The developer will need to: Add new WordPress pages Build them in Elementor Follow the existing brand Create consistent layouts and reusable sections Properly style headings, copy, buttons, imagery and forms Optimize layouts for desktop, tablet and mobile Add internal links Ensure proper heading hierarchy (H1/H2/H3) Add appropriate calls to action Maintain consistent spacing and page width throughout the website We want the site structured so Marketing can easily duplicate or modify pages in Elementor afterward. 5. Yoast SEO Setup Yoast SEO is already installed but needs to be properly configured. We want the developer to complete the technical setup, including: Yoast first-time configuration Site representation / organization information XML sitemap configuration Search appearance settings Indexation settings Canonical URL configuration Schema configuration where appropriate Social metadata Breadcrumb configuration if beneficial Confirm no important pages are accidentally marked noindex Check duplicate or unnecessary WordPress archive pages Make sure sitemap is submitted to Google Search Console Important: Marketing will handle much of the actual SEO copy, titles and descriptions. We need the developer primarily responsible for the technical SEO configuration and implementation. 6. Google Analytics 4 We need Google Analytics 4 properly installed and verified. The WordPress dashboard currently indicates that the website is not tracking Google Analytics. Requirements include: Create or properly connect the Chester Boat Basin GA4 property Configure the website data stream Install tracking preferably through Google Tag Manager Verify that pageviews are being recorded Configure important conversion events Exclude obvious internal/developer traffic where appropriate Connect GA4 to Search Console where appropriate At minimum, we would like to track: Contact form submissions Phone-number clicks Email clicks Quote/request buttons Important CTA clicks 7. Google Tag Manager Create or properly configure a dedicated Google Tag Manager container for Chester Boat Basin. The developer should: Install GTM correctly across the entire site Configure GA4 through GTM Configure conversion/event tracking Test tags before publishing Provide Marketing/admin access to the GTM account Avoid duplicating Analytics tags through plugins and GTM Google recommends correct placement of the Tag Manager code/data layer, so I would specifically request that the developer implement it properly rather than simply installing another analytics plugin. 8. Google Search Console We need the site set up and verified in Google Search Console. Preference is for a Domain Property for chesterboatbasin.com, which covers the domain's protocol and subdomain variations. Google requires DNS verification for a Domain Property. Scope: Create/verify property Confirm Marketing retains verified-owner access Submit XML sitemap Check indexing Review current crawl/indexing problems Identify existing 404s Review HTTPS/canonical issues Check Core Web Vitals/basic page experience Confirm robots.txt isn't blocking important areas 9. ADA / Website Accessibility We would like an accessibility solution/widget installed, but we do not want someone to simply install a floating accessibility icon and call the site ADA compliant. The website itself should also be improved toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA accessibility, including items such as: Keyboard navigation Visible focus states Image alt text support Appropriate color contrast Proper heading structure Form labels Accessible buttons and links Accessible navigation Slider accessibility Appropriate target sizes on mobile Screen-reader considerations W3C recommends WCAG 2.2 as the current WCAG standard and Level AA is a commonly targeted conformance level. The U.S. Department of Justice also states that businesses open to the public need to make their web content accessible under the ADA. We would like the developer to recommend an appropriate accessibility solution in addition to actual accessibility remediation. 10. Broken Elements / General Cleanup There are currently some front-end elements that do not display correctly even though they appear correctly within Elementor. We need someone who can troubleshoot issues involving: Elementor rendering CSS Image URLs HTTP vs HTTPS assets Caching Plugin conflicts Responsive behavior WordPress database/content URLs Elementor-generated CSS Browser caching WP Engine caching/CDN if applicable This person needs to be comfortable actually diagnosing WordPress issues rather than simply rebuilding the affected element.

WordPress Form SMTP Issue Resolution

Salaam Maria, I tried editing your form, but unfortunately your developer has not provided any option to connect the form with an SMTP service. Because of this, whenever someone submits the form, the submission is only saved as a draft and no email notification is sent. I also noticed that all form submissions are being directed to the "Returns" page. These settings are normally configured within the plugin, but the developer has not provided access or options to modify them. I would recommend contacting your developer and asking them to provide access to the plugin's API or enable the necessary settings so the forms can be edited and connected to your SMTP service. I'm sorry, but I won't be able to help further with this issue because I don't have the complete information or the required access. Without that, I can't make the necessary changes. I hope you understand.

Senior Full Stack/Web Developer and Digital Experience Engineer

WordPress

Senior Full-Stack Web Developer / Digital Experience Engineer NextGen Cyber Pro LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Web Developer / Digital Experience Engineer to implement and expand our external digital platform. This is an implementation-focused engagement. Our enterprise architecture, governance model, business structure, digital strategy, branding direction, and implementation requirements have already been developed. The selected developer will be expected to work from our approved implementation guides and technical requirements rather than redesign the enterprise architecture from scratch. PROJECT OBJECTIVE Build and enhance a secure, scalable, responsive, professional external digital platform for the NextGen Cyber Pro ecosystem. The platform will support multiple enterprise capabilities, including: • NextGen Cyber Pro corporate website • NGCP Consulting • NGCP Institute • NGCP Government • NGCP Foundation • Careers & Staffing • Events & Community • Marketing and digital engagement • Lead generation • Contact and appointment scheduling • Future enterprise capabilities The architecture should provide a unified NextGen Cyber Pro experience while allowing individual business capabilities to maintain appropriate identities, content, workflows, and legal boundaries. IMPLEMENTATION-GUIDE REQUIREMENT The selected developer MUST be willing to work from our existing: • Enterprise implementation guides • Approved architecture • Information architecture • Security requirements • Branding standards • Domain/subdomain architecture • Integration requirements • Governance requirements • Data-flow requirements • Acceptance criteria This project is not an invitation to replace the existing architecture with the developer's preferred architecture. Recommendations are welcome, but material architectural changes must be documented, justified, and approved before implementation. ACCOUNT ACCESS & LEAST PRIVILEGE This is an important requirement. The developer will receive only the accounts, roles, permissions, environments, and credentials necessary to perform the approved job functions. We follow least-privilege and separation-of-duties principles. The developer should NOT expect: • Global Administrator access • unrestricted Microsoft 365 access • unrestricted Azure access • unrestricted production access • domain registrar ownership • unrestricted DNS administration • access to unrelated enterprise systems • access to financial systems • access to HR systems • access to sensitive governance repositories • access to systems unrelated to the assigned implementation Where privileged changes are required, NextGen Cyber Pro may perform the change internally or provide temporary, scoped access appropriate to the approved task. Access may be: • role-based • time-limited • environment-specific • task-specific • logged • monitored • reviewed • revoked upon completion The developer must be comfortable working within this model. TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES The selected developer may be responsible for: • Full-stack web development • Responsive web design implementation • Front-end development • Back-end development where required • CMS implementation • Reusable component development • API integrations • Forms • Lead capture • CRM integrations • Appointment scheduling • Email workflow integrations • Contact forms • Analytics • SEO implementation • Accessibility • Performance optimization • Security hardening • Authentication integrations where required • Payment integrations where approved • Donation integrations for NGCP Foundation where approved • LMS/student-system integrations where approved • AI chatbot integration where approved • Deployment automation • Testing • Documentation ARCHITECTURAL PRINCIPLES The implementation must support: Security by Design Least Privilege Defense in Depth Separation of Concerns Defense Against Fragmentation Single Source of Truth Vendor Independence Deliberate Simplicity Controlled Growth Scalability Accessibility Performance Maintainability REUSABLE ARCHITECTURE We do not want multiple disconnected websites built independently. Where appropriate, the platform should use: • reusable components • common design system • shared branding foundations • standardized navigation patterns • common security controls • common analytics architecture • reusable integrations • standardized development practices Business divisions and affiliated organizations may have different content and experiences while remaining part of a coordinated digital ecosystem. DATA OWNERSHIP The website should not become an unnecessary competing system of record. Where authoritative enterprise systems already exist, information should flow to the appropriate system. Examples: Website Lead → Authoritative CRM Course Inquiry / Registration → Appropriate NGCP Institute system Appointment Request → Approved scheduling system Foundation Transaction → Approved Foundation-controlled process The developer should avoid creating unnecessary standalone databases or data stores where an approved enterprise system already owns the information. SOURCE CODE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All project source code, configurations, documentation, infrastructure definitions, integration documentation, deployment artifacts, and other contracted deliverables must be delivered to and controlled by NextGen Cyber Pro LLC as required by the engagement agreement. Development should occur using company-approved repositories and environments. The project must not depend on a contractor's personal account for continued operation after the engagement ends. DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS The selected developer must document: • architecture implemented • components • dependencies • APIs • integrations • environment configuration • deployment process • environment variables • secrets requirements • DNS requirements • external services • data flows • troubleshooting procedures • known limitations • maintenance requirements Another qualified developer should be able to assume responsibility for the platform using the documentation provided. SECURITY REQUIREMENTS Security is a core requirement, not a final-stage add-on. The developer should understand: • OWASP web application security principles • secure authentication • authorization • secrets management • secure API development • input validation • encryption • logging • dependency security • vulnerability remediation • secure deployment • privacy considerations • least privilege • secure third-party integrations Production credentials must not be stored in source code. WORKING STYLE We are looking for someone who can: • follow established architecture • work from implementation specifications • ask questions when requirements are unclear • identify risks before implementation • recommend improvements without automatically replacing approved designs • document assumptions • document dependencies • work through controlled changes • test their work • provide implementation evidence • communicate clearly • leave behind maintainable code and documentation DELIVERABLE EXPECTATIONS Work will be delivered through controlled milestones. Describe your experience integrating websites with CRM, scheduling, email automation, payment, LMS or similar enterprise systems. 6. Describe your experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Graph, Microsoft 365 or Azure integrations. 7. How do you manage secrets, API credentials and production access? 8. If our implementation guide specifies an architecture you disagree with, how would you handle that situation? IMPORTANT APPLICATION INSTRUCTION Begin your proposal with the words: “IMPLEMENTATION GUIDE” Then briefly explain how you would approach implementing an existing enterprise architecture while preserving security, maintainability and scalability. Generic proposals that do not address the implementation-guide and least-privilege requirements may not be considered.

Looking for a developer to build a Gold price calculator and lead capture page

JavaScriptHTMLWeb DevelopmentWeb Design+1

I am launching a new gold-buying brand and I need a talented developer to help me build a sleek, highly trustworthy standalone landing page. The heart of this website will be an interactive gold price calculator. I want my customers to be able to come to the page, type in how many grams of gold they have, select their gold's karat (10k, 14k, 18k, 22k, or 24k) from a dropdown menu, and instantly see the cash offer I am making them. How the math needs to work:The calculator needs to connect to a live gold market feed (like GoldAPI.io) so it always uses today's current gold price. Since gold market prices are listed in ounces, the code will need to convert that price into grams. The final price shown to the customer should automatically calculate to exactly 80% of the live gold melt value. The Lead Capture feature:Once the customer sees their price, I want a section to pop up that says something like, "Happy with this price? Lock it in before the market changes!" There should be a clean box where they can type in their phone number and a big button that says "Lock in this Price." When they click it, I want their phone number and their gold calculation details sent directly to me (either via email or text message) so I can reach out to them and finalize the deal. What I'm looking for in a freelancer: -You know how to build clean, modern, mobile-friendly web pages. -You have experience working with live APIs (fetching live data streams). -You can help me set up the lead form so I get notifications when people submit their numbers. -You communicate clearly and don't mind explaining things in plain English! If this sounds like a project you’d love to work on, please apply and show me a couple of examples of calculators or interactive forms you’ve built before. Let me know what platform or code you think would be easiest for us to use! i will be giving you the business name and everything else. Here's a website i am inspired by i have attached screenshots below as well: https://thealloymarket.com/calculators/gold/scrap-gold-calculator/

WordPress / LearnDash Developer — Ongoing Role, Online Boater Safety Education

WordPressLearnDashLearning Management SystemWeb Development

About us AnchorPoint Boater Safety builds state-approved online boater safety courses. We're a small, profitable, owner-operated business — not a startup burning through a runway and not an agency with layers of process. Our course is live in multiple states, driving real revenue from real students, and we're actively expanding into new state markets. Because we're small, the work is direct: you'll talk to the owners, not a project manager relaying tickets. The role We have one developer and enough roadmap for two. We're looking for a second developer to take real ownership of parts of the platform — not to sit in a queue waiting for tasks. We're hiring an individual freelancer, not an agency or a dev shop. We want to work directly with the person writing the code — same person on every project, building up real knowledge of our platform over time. Please don't apply if the work would be handed off to a rotating team, subcontracted out, or routed through an account manager. The most important thing about this role: we're hiring for judgment, not just execution. We've been burned by the pattern where every problem gets a plugin, a snippet, or a CSS override, and eighteen months later the site is a pile of patches nobody can reason about. We want someone who asks why the problem exists, considers how a fix fits the rest of the system, and occasionally tells us "the thing you asked for is a symptom — here's the actual issue." That means you'll sometimes push back on us. We consider that a feature. What you'll work on Ongoing feature development and improvements to our LearnDash course platform Building out new state course offerings as we expand — new content structures, state-specific requirements, compliance and reporting logic Stripe checkout, payment flows, and purchase/enrollment reliability Infrastructure and deployment work on AWS Performance, site health, and technical SEO fundamentals Integration work across our stack (analytics, conversion tracking, third-party tools) Cleaning up and consolidating things that have accumulated over time Our stack WordPress + LearnDash (LMS core) Stripe (payments) AWS (hosting/infrastructure) GitHub (version control — we work in a repo, not by FTPing files to production) GA4 / Google Tag Manager (analytics and conversion tracking) What we're looking for Required: Strong production experience with WordPress at the code level — custom plugins, hooks, filters, child themes. Not a page-builder generalist. Real LearnDash experience: course structures, quizzes, enrollment logic, user progress, certificates PHP, MySQL, JavaScript Stripe integration experience — webhooks, subscriptions or one-time purchases, edge cases around failed and duplicate payments Comfortable in Git-based workflows: branches, pull requests, code review, staging before production AWS familiarity (EC2/RDS/S3/CloudFront or comparable) Communication and organization — we weight these as heavily as technical skill: You communicate proactively. We hear about a blocker, a scope change, or a delay when you discover it, not when we ask for a status update. You write clearly for non-engineers. Two of us are not developers, and we need to understand tradeoffs well enough to make business decisions about them. You're responsive within a reasonable window and you close loops — questions get answered, threads get resolved. You're organized in how you track work: tickets or a shared task list, clear commit messages, notes on what changed and why. We should never have to reconstruct what happened from memory. You give realistic estimates and flag early when one slips. What actually gets you hired: You think in systems. When you touch one part of the platform, you understand what else it affects. You ask about the business goal before you build the feature. You document what you did and why, so the next person (including future you) isn't archaeology-ing through the codebase. You're honest about tradeoffs, including "this quick fix is fine for now, and here's what it'll cost us later." You want a long-term relationship with one product you know deeply — not a churn of one-off gigs. Nice to have: Experience with regulated or compliance-driven education (state approvals, reporting requirements, audit trails) Conversion tracking / GTM / GA4 Experience scaling a content or course platform across multiple markets or jurisdictions How to apply Please include: A short note on a WordPress or LearnDash system you inherited or built — what was structurally wrong with it, what you changed, and why you chose that approach over a faster fix. Relevant work samples or repos (or a description if the work is under NDA) Your availability and rate Skip the generic cover letter. We read every application and we're much more interested in how you think than in a list of technologies. Applications from agencies or teams will not be considered. We're looking for the right long-term fit, so we'd rather take a few extra weeks to find them. If that's you, we'd like to hear from you.

Senior Full-Stack Developer — Build Contract Management (CLM) Prototype.

Web DevelopmentJavaScript

Build a demo-grade Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) prototype — from an existing, detailed specification. We are a tech startup building a CLM, a contract management system designed from the ground up . Our core thesis: contracts are structured data first, and the document is a rendered view of that data — not the other way around. You will build the complete Phase 1a prototype: a working end-to-end demo used to win a paid pilot with a large enterprise customer. This is not a production system — it runs on a single VM with local auth and synthetic data — but the demo must run reliably end-to-end. What you'll build (full scope, start to finish): 1. Customer-facing Partner Portal - Account creation with KYC verification against synthetic master data - Contract repository showing each contract's current state - Guided wizards: New Contract Request, Continue Draft, Change Request — producing generated PDFs - In-portal e-signature 2. Internal Portal - Live contract repository over ~1,000 synthetic contracts (must stay performant) - The centerpiece: an in-browser legal document editor with embedded tables, reusable complex clauses carrying structured terms from a clause library, automated legal formatting (numbering, cross-references, defined terms). Document JSON is the source for the document; structured terms live in relational tables referencing document nodes by stable ID. - Guardrail validation: contract terms checked against approved strategy at authoring time - Attachments, Knowledge Base management, and an eight-role authorization model (full role-action matrix provided) - One scripted mass-amendment demo across 10+ contracts (hardcoded orchestration is fine) 3. AI Contract Assistant (read-only) - Search, Q&A, summarization, and contract comparison over the synthetic dataset - Pluggable LLM provider layer, configurable per feature - Persisted conversation history Tech stack (fixed): Next.js (TypeScript), tRPC, Oracle 26ai FREE. What we provide: full functional specifications for both portals, a complete data model (four spreadsheets), a role-action matrix, wireframes, synthetic test contracts, and a product owner available for fast decisions. You will not be inventing requirements — you'll be translating a well-documented spec into working software. Success criteria (what "done" means): - A customer creates a non-negotiable contract end-to-end in under 5 minutes - An internal user authors a contract using a complex library clause with an embedded table and inherited structured terms - Mass amendment of 10+ contracts demonstrated end-to-end - The full demo runs reliably in under 30 minutes You're a fit if you have: strong Next.js/TypeScript production experience, relational data modeling depth, and comfort integrating LLM APIs. CLM or legal-tech background is a plus, not required.

Squarespace Developer — Port Custom-Coded HTML Site into Squarespace (Brand-Accurate Build)

SquarespaceHTMLWeb DevelopmentJavaScript+1

We're looking for a Squarespace developer with deep customization experience to take a custom-coded HTML/CSS/JS site and rebuild/implement it inside Squarespace without losing design fidelity or brand consistency. Our usual stack is custom front-end deployed to Vercel with Supabase on the back end. This client requires Squarespace as their CMS, so we need someone who knows how to push Squarespace past its templates and make it behave like a custom build. What you'll do: Take our existing coded HTML site and implement it in Squarespace (7.1) Use code injection, code blocks, and custom CSS/JS to match the original design 1:1 Wire up all buttons, CTAs, and interactive elements so they function correctly and route properly Connect front-end elements to Squarespace's native back-end features (forms, commerce, member areas, or third-party integrations as needed) Maintain exact brand standards — typography, spacing, color, and component behavior Ensure the build is responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile Hand off a site the client can manage themselves in the Squarespace editor Requirements: Extensive, provable Squarespace experience (portfolio of heavily customized Squarespace sites required — not template swaps) Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience with Squarespace code injection, custom blocks, and working around platform limitations Understanding of what Squarespace can and can't do natively, and how to bridge the gap with third-party tools or APIs Clear communicator, responsive, able to work from existing code rather than starting from scratch Nice to have: Experience integrating external APIs or databases with Squarespace Familiarity with Vercel/Supabase workflows Squarespace Circle member To apply, include: 2–3 links to custom Squarespace sites you've built (note which parts were custom-coded) A short note on how you'd approach porting an existing coded HTML site into Squarespace Your availability and timeline estimate.
