Python Platform Engineer @ Modal

Modal is a serverless platform for Python workloads — used heavily for AI inference, data processing, and scheduled jobs. As a Python Platform Engineer you'll work on the Python client library that users import to define and run their workloads. You'll design pythonic APIs, handle serialization of arbitrary Python objects, and work closely with our infrastructure team on performance. Experience with Python internals, pickle, importlib, and cloud infrastructure is a plus.
