Wordpress Ongoing Maintenance and Page Updates

We are a nonprofit organization with two Wordpress sites. We have had a couple security issues causing major issues, and they are mostly due to plugins and other page features not being updated and maintained regularly. Additionally, we occasionally need website updates that are beyond our skillset on Wordpress. This job would require regularly maintaining the sites to be updated and without security vulnerabilities along with occasional page changes. We will need somebody who can work independently to maintain the site, and also work collaboratively with our team when website changes are needed.
