VPAT / ACR Accessibility Audit — Enterprise Web App (WCAG 2.2 AA, Section 508, EN 301 549)
Project description
We need a full accessibility audit and VPAT for an enterprise web application (cybersecurity SaaS). This is a manual and automated audit against a defined page inventory we provide — not a spot-check of the homepage.
STANDARDS TO TEST AGAINST
- WCAG 2.2 Level AA
- Section 508
- EN 301 549 (for EU procurement documentation)
DELIVERABLES
- Completed VPAT 2.5, International (INT) edition, in the standard editable format, marking Supports / Partially Supports / Does Not Support / Not Applicable for each criterion across all standard columns.
- A separate prioritized issue list (Excel or equivalent), one row per issue, containing: the specific WCAG success criterion, the exact page and UI element where it occurs, severity, and a remediation note written for a developer.
COVERAGE REQUIREMENT Testing must cover every page/view on the inventory we provide. The final report must be keyed 1:1 to that list so coverage is auditable — state explicitly which pages were tested.
METHOD Automated and manual testing required. Manual testing must include real assistive technology (NVDA or JAWS, plus VoiceOver) and keyboard-only navigation. Please name the tools you use. Automated-only submissions will not be accepted.
