Excel-Based TURF Tool Development

We need an expert to build a scalable Excel-based TURF tool for market research. The tool should calculate reach and frequency for item portfolios using exhaustive search for small combinations or greedy selection with swap refinement for larger ones. It must support locked items, demographic filters, and low-base warnings. We work with two TURF file types: one where all respondents see all items, and another where respondents evaluate categories and route to purchase-interest categories. The solution should be flexible for project-specific filters. We will always provide a raw file, datamap, and survey. Strong Excel/VBA skills and TURF experience are required. Timeline: 2 weeks.
