Mobile App Developer for Existing iOS & Android App | Flutter & Firebase

We’re looking for an experienced Mobile App Developer to help us improve and maintain an existing iOS and Android application built with Flutter.

The app is already in development, so we’re not looking for a complete rebuild. We need someone who can review the existing codebase, understand the current architecture, fix issues, implement new features, and help us prepare stable production releases.

The developer will work with Flutter/Dart, Firebase, REST APIs, authentication, notifications, and other existing mobile integrations.

Scope of work:

Maintain and improve the existing Flutter mobile app Develop and update features for iOS and Android Fix bugs, crashes, UI issues, and performance problems Integrate and troubleshoot REST APIs Work with Firebase services, authentication, and application data Implement and troubleshoot push notifications Test features and fixes across iOS and Android devices Review the existing architecture and improve code where necessary Prepare stable builds for TestFlight and App Store Prepare Android builds for Google Play Troubleshoot build, signing, configuration, and release issues

We’re looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership of an existing mobile codebase rather than simply implementing isolated tasks. You should be able to understand existing functionality, identify problems, recommend practical solutions, and deliver well-tested updates without unnecessarily rewriting working parts of the application.

Experience with production mobile applications and successfully releasing apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store is preferred.
