Zapier and ClickUp Automation for Shipment Tracking

e run a government supply business that ships via UPS, USPS, and Amazon Logistics. Each order is a ClickUp task with a text field containing one or more tracking numbers, sometimes with no carrier named. We need two Zaps:

When the tracking field updates, extract every tracking number, deduplicate, and create a tracking in AfterShip for each, storing the ClickUp task ID. When AfterShip reports Delivered, update the ClickUp task status, add a comment with carrier and timestamp, and post to Slack.

Volume is about 200 line items per month. Fixed price, 3 to 5 day turnaround including one live shipment test. Full spec and sample tracking numbers provided at kickoff.
