Senior Testing Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Associate in our quality assurance Team, who will drive the testing process, implement automation solutions, and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design QA solutioning ,Test planning and Strategy.
• Desing ,Develope and Review - E2E, Regression and Personna based test suite
• Collaborate with development and BA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior QA team members.
• Participate in troubleshooting and triggering of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution

Technical Skills:

• Advanced Testing Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of SDLC, STLC, Scrum, Kanban, Shift left. Experience with various testing methodologies: performance, security, and load testing. This person should have worked on large implementations and have the experience to drive releases independently.

• API / AI Testing:

Experience with API testing tools. Hands on in AI-QA skills (like prompt writing, agent creation, Out of the Box problem solving).

• Process Champion:

Primary requirement is that the person must excel in test design and champion process improvement.

• Leadership and Mentoring:

Ability to guide and mentor junior QA team members.

Preferred Skills:

• Personna Testing, Blackbox/Whitebox testing methods
• Proven capability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
