Wix Studio Technical Specialist (Custom Minimal Editorial Blog – Layout & Automation Fixes)

We are seeking an experienced, elite Wix Studio Technical Expert / Developer to handle final structural adjustments, form automations, layout fixes, and cross-platform syndication for an entirely custom-built editorial design blog. The design and visual aesthetics are 100% complete and locked. We do not need a graphic designer; we strictly require a technical specialist who understands Wix Studio backend settings, fluid vs. adaptive layout behaviors, and minimal content automation workflows.

Our brand identity is hyper-minimal, clean, consistent, and completely free of visual clutter. We need someone who can respect these strict constraints while ensuring flawless technical execution inside the Wix Studio environment.

Key Responsibilities & Technical Requirements:

1. Adaptive Breakpoints & Fixed Pixel Canvas:

• Configure the website layout using strictly Fixed Width Breakpoints within the Wix Studio engine (locking specific pixel canvas sizes for large desktop monitors, laptops, small laptops/tablets, and mobile screens).
• Disable standard fluid-responsive scaling to ensure that text lines and columns remain perfectly stable and intentional for an optimal editorial reading experience across all device types.

2. Wix Studio Stacks & Flexbox Hierarchy:

• Restructure the content layout on the "About" page and the dynamic post templates using Wix Studio Stacks / Flexboxes with explicit padding rules.
• Ensure that when text length changes (as article "Reflections" will vary wildly in length), the surrounding white space automatically expands or collapses elegantly in place without overlapping elements, leaving orphaned headers, or breaking the structural layout.

3. Live Typography Wrapping & Layering (About Page):

• Remove the flattened text currently embedded/baked into the custom image of the owner on the About page.
• Replace it by layering separate, live, editable text box containers inside Wix Studio, positioned cleanly around the transparent photo element so the copy can be modified directly within your dashboard at any time without touching the image file.

4. Custom Form Payload & Automation Workflow ("Connect" Page):

• Review and verify the "Connect" page form submission logs and Wix Studio automation backend.
• Ensure that the automated email notification triggered by a submission passes the entire, un-truncated message text string within the initial notification preview block so no data is clipped before a response is drafted.

5. Cross-Platform Automation & Minimal Brand Syndication:

• Set up a seamless automated trigger (via Wix Automations, Zapier, or Make.com) that fires the moment a Reflection goes live on the Wix Studio blog scheduler.
• Automatically syndicate a clean text excerpt (strictly capped under 2,000 characters to prevent clipping) to our existing Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts.
• Visual Asset Handling: Because Instagram and TikTok require media to post, design a dynamic, hyper-minimal text-based graphic template. This template must automatically overlay the text excerpt onto a solid brand-colored background using our exact website typography and scaling rules, ensuring a clutter-free and highly consistent cross-platform reading experience.

Project Timeline & Compensation:

• BUDGET: FLEXIBLE AND OPEN TO NEGOTIATION. While the system baseline is set at $500, we have total financial flexibility and are willing to pay a premium flat fee for clean code, exact precision, and absolute alignment with our minimal guidelines.
