We're expanding our agency partnership program and looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial developer who wants to grow with us.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a highly skilled GoHighLevel (GHL) developer who can initially work hands-on with our systems and client projects, with the potential to become our Head of Development and lead a growing team.

This is more than a typical freelance development role. We're looking for someone who can help us build, improve, and scale our agency ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Review, improve, and expand our existing GHL-related application and agency workflows.

Help onboard and technically support new agency partners.

Build custom websites, CRM integrations, automations, and business applications for agency clients.

Work with APIs, webhooks, white-label solutions, and third-party integrations.

Help establish efficient development processes and quality standards.

Eventually recruit, manage, and lead additional developers as project volume grows.

Collaborate with us on strategies to attract and retain agency partners.

Requirements

Strong, proven experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), including agency accounts, SaaS Mode, APIs, automations, and integrations.

Full-stack development experience.

Strong understanding of CRM systems, agency workflows, and white-label solutions.

Experience using AI-assisted development tools.

Excellent communication, reliability, and independent problem-solving.

Leadership potential and a business-minded approach.
