Automation for Google Reviews

We need help building an automation system to capture customer feedback after a job and help turn positive internal feedback into Google reviews. We currently receive a lot of great feedback in Gmail, but it stays internal. The right freelancer should be able to create a process that identifies positive feedback, encourages customers to leave reviews, and helps improve our overall Google review presence. Experience with customer feedback systems and reputation management is important.
