Project description
We're looking for an AI automation engineer to build a modern business website and a complete AI-powered lead system behind it. The goal: every lead from our website and social media is captured automatically, replied to instantly by an AI chatbot, and followed up by email, without manual work from our team.
SCOPE OF WORK
1. Business Website (built with Claude Code) • Modern, responsive website (Next.js or similar), 4–5 pages • Lead capture form and an AI chatbot widget • Basic SEO setup, fast loading, mobile-friendly • Deployed on our domain with hosting set up
2. Social Media Lead Integration (n8n) • Connect our Facebook and Instagram accounts (Lead Ads + DMs) • Automatically fetch new leads from the website and social channels • Remove duplicates and store all leads in one place (Google Sheets / Airtable / CRM) • Instant notification to our team for every new lead
3. AI Chatbot & Auto-Reply System (Claude) • AI chatbot on the website and Instagram/Facebook messages • Trained on our services, pricing, and FAQs • Answers questions, qualifies leads, and collects contact details • Hands the conversation over to a human when needed
4. Email Follow-Up Automation • Automated follow-up sequence (e.g. Day 0, Day 2, Day 5) • Personalized emails written with AI based on the lead's inquiry • Stops automatically when the lead replies or books a call
DELIVERABLES • Live website on our domain • Working n8n workflows for lead capture, chatbot, and follow-ups • Error alerts so nothing fails silently • Full documentation and a walkthrough video • 2 weeks of post-launch support for fixes

REQUIREMENTS • Proven experience with n8n and AI agents (Claude or OpenAI) • Experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) API integrations • Ability to build websites using AI coding tools like Claude Code • Clear communication and documentation
