Pre-Order Shop Experience Integration via Squarespace, Make, Stripe, & Squarespace

We have already identified our techstack. We don't need identification when we need things to be integrated and implemented.

We are looking to set up a pre-order experience.

We need to achieve the following: 1. Customer successfulyl pre-orders on Squarespace

• Ensure critical moments are addressed (e.g. pre-order fails, abandoned cart)

2. One CRM to maintain customer service 3. Email automation

• Purchase confirmation
• Delivery status updates
• Delivery confirmed
• Follow up

We need to ensure we know how things operate and flow between manual and automated work.
