Developer Needed for Automated New-Build Real Estate Data Platform

We're looking for a developer to help us build an automated new-build real estate data platform for a real estate client in Ontario, Canada.

The goal is to create a system that automatically collects new construction project information from builders across Ontario, including new releases, pricing, availability, floor plans, and incentives, and displays it on a searchable website.

**Our biggest priority is speed.** We want to be among the first to know when a builder releases new inventory, updates pricing, changes availability, or announces new incentives. Ideally, the system would detect these changes as close to real time as technically possible, notify us immediately, and update the website with minimal delay.

We're exploring whether this could be achieved through web scraping, APIs, direct data feeds, or a combination of approaches. We'd like your recommendations on the best way to achieve this, including any limitations that might affect how quickly information becomes available.

We'd like to start with a proof of concept covering 5–10 Ontario builders before expanding to more developments across the province.

We're looking for someone with experience in web scraping, data automation, API integrations, and database development.
