Parking Management System Developer

Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer or Software Development Team to design and develop a comprehensive Parking Management System for managing parking facilities, vehicles, payments, permits, and parking operations. The system should simplify parking operations for municipalities, commercial buildings, public parking lots, and private parking operators.

Project Requirements Parking Space Management: Real-time parking availability, slot allocation, and occupancy tracking. Vehicle Management: Vehicle registration, license plate details, and entry/exit records. Permit Management: Digital parking permits, resident permits, visitor permits, and renewals. Payment Management: Online payments, parking fees, receipts, and transaction history. Enforcement Management: Parking violations, citation generation, fine tracking, and payment status. Dashboard & Reporting: Real-time occupancy dashboards, revenue reports, violations, and parking utilization.

User Management: Administrator, parking officer, operator, and customer access. Notifications: Automated alerts for permit expiry, payment confirmation, and parking violations. Technical Requirements Web-based application with responsive design. Mobile-friendly interface or mobile application. Secure database and API integration. Cloud hosting and role-based access control. Integration capabilities with payment gateways, license plate recognition (LPR/ANPR), and parking sensors.
