The question is about app development
Absolutely. Softaims can inject additional vetted app developers when roadmaps compress—parallel feature teams, localization pushes, or platform-specific workstreams (iOS vs Android). We emphasize shared standards: architecture guidelines, testing bars, release checklists, and crash triage so scaling adds throughput without chaos. Senior leads can set patterns while mid-level engineers execute quickly under guidance. If scaling exposes process debt—ambiguous ownership, flaky pipelines—we call it out; more headcount rarely fixes unclear product direction. Elastic staffing should increase sustainable shipping cadence across stores and platforms.
